We provide comprehensive mediation services to help parties resolve disputes and reach mutually beneficial agreements. Our experienced mediators facilitate constructive dialogue and negotiation, working with parties to mediate all disputes and craft tailored solutions. Once agreements are reached, we draft formal legal documents, including Settlement Agreements, Parental Plans, Maintenance Calculations and Visitation Schedules (if necessary). These documents are prepared in accordance with court requirements, ensuring that all agreements are legally binding and enforceable.
Following mediation, we provide clients with formal, court-ready agreements that meet all legal requirements. These legal documents, can be reviewed by the client's attorney if desired, ensuring peace of mind and accuracy. As divorces must be finalised through the court system, clients can then choose to navigate the legal process independently or seek the assistance of an attorney. With our agreements in hand, an attorney can efficiently draft the necessary summons, attach supporting documents, and proceed to court on an uncontested basis. The attorney will then work to make all agreements orders of the court, ultimately obtaining a Decree of Divorce. This streamlined process helps minimize complexity and stress, allowing clients to achieve a swift and cost-effective resolution.
